School Disco

School Discos

I have been providing exciting school discos for the past 15 years.  With an Action Pussycat school disco, you get party music, lights, bubbles, party dances, non-elimination games and prizes.  The games are targeted at the age groups, so the key stage one children will be doing different games to the key stage two children.  They are mostly based around team building and I generate a healthy competitive bond for the classes which helps keep the children engaged and out of trouble.

All my equipment is PAT checked, I have £10 million public liability insurance and I am a qualified teacher.  Also, schools get 20% off my normal rates.  On average, schools raise between £400 and £600 per disco, so by organising two school discos a year, that is the best part of £1000 for the school to buy new resources for the children.  I can theme disco to school projects or holidays (Christmas, Easter etc) and bring special guests as well if required, such as Elsa or Batman.

I can also help out at sports days or school fetes providing the PA announcements, commentary, music and atmosphere.  Schools have found that this really improves the event coordination and enjoyment.

Please see the ‘Schools Plus’ page for more ideas, including quiz nights and barn dances.

“The best school disco I have ever seen.  The children were engaged and under control throughout.  My job is to patrol the corridors, but with Action Pussycat I didn’t see a soul.  They were all in the hall joining in.  Easiest school disco I have ever seen.”
